The 23 years old British rapper professionally known as Dave or Santan Dave, was born to Nigerian parents in Brixton, London, England, as David Orobosa Omoregie. Dave is a very intelligent rapper, his use of English is complicated and interesting, his style is unique.





He started in 2016, with the release of his debut Ep, six paths, Drake did a remix of his song wanna know and premiered it. His political song, "question time" among mixed criticisms, because the song spoke about the political climate surrounding the U.K at that time, won the Ivor Novello Award for Best Contemporary Song.







Dave album Psychodrama has become only the second album to win both the Mercury Prize and the Brit Award for album of the year (the other being the Arctic Monkeys' debut). The debut album took to number one position in UK albums chart, having the biggest first week streams for a rap album. Dave won album of the in 2020.
